Tech CrAzY: DELL IN THE DUMPS

Demand for personal computers is expected to rise. Consumers are waiting for the release of the next version of Microsoft's Windows software platform called Vista, which will launch this fall in November. Analysts estimate PC shipments will rise by a whopping 10% worldwide this year. Just thought I should mention that... seemed a little interesting to start off this entry. Now lets get tech crazy. Dell shares drop to their lowest in nearly five years post warnings of a shortfall in their second quarter earnings revenue. Shares of Dell declined 10% while its rival HP rose 4%. When a giant like Dell warns about lower earnings it draws down the entire sector (hence the tech crazy sequel of street blabber). Could this mean that Dell has lost it, and this is the end of success? Does this mean that Dell has indeed lost popularity and loosing in the competition against wildly popular rivals HP, Apple's MAC and others like discounted Toshiba, Sony, and Gateway? I think that its just a phase for now... I have faith in Dell and watch out, Dell will surprise all later this year with soaring profits and a better performing stock that will WOW investors on the street.
